Unlike other cleaning companies, Aveena voluntarily pays its cleaners a Living Wage which helps them maintain economic security in their community.

The Living Wage standard generally means that a person working forty hours a week, with no additional income, should be able to afford a specified quality or quantity of housing, food, utilities, transportation, health care and recreation.

However, you don't pay a premium for how we compensate our cleaners. Go ahead and compare our prices with other cleaning companies. Our rates are competitive because we run an efficient business, and we keep our costs low.
